👤 Meet the Founder

Kasim Kashgar, founder of Kashgar Group, brings a rare lens to real estate.

A licensed Realtor since 2019, Kasim built a thriving career in the D.C.–Maryland–Virginia region helping clients buy, sell, and invest. Along the way, he also flipped properties and saw firsthand the power of equity, strategy, and time leverage.

Before real estate, he launched one of the largest private language schools in Urumqi, East Turkistan. As an entrepreneur, immigrant, and father of four, Kasim knows what it means to build from scratch—and how real estate can be the foundation for freedom.

“I started Kashgar Group to build a business that works for people—not the other way around. My goal is simple: help others succeed by connecting them to the best real estate resources and building a system that creates generational wealth.”
