Kasim Kashgar, founder and licensed Realtor, brings a rare perspective to real estate—because his path here wasn’t traditional. It was transformational.

Before launching Kashgar Group, Kasim built one of the largest language training centers in Urumqi, East Turkistan. As an educator, entrepreneur, and immigrant, he knows what it means to build a new life from the ground up—and the power that real estate has to anchor a future.
